Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Wellah tags attached to ensure the product remains in resellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
